This is the nut free version of our much loved Chocolate and Goji Bars. It is perfect for snacks and school lunch boxes. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine.
Nut Free Chocolate and Goji Bliss Balls
- 12 medjool dates, seeds removed
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 3 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
