Banana Bread Mug Cake
- 1 ripe banana, mashed (100 grams)
- 1 tablespoon almond meal
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg*
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon the ingredients into a microwave safe ramekin or large mug and microwave for 90 seconds. Stand for 1 minute, stir and tuck in!
*egg free version here.
note – as all microwaves are different you may find you need to give the mug cake an extra 10 – 30 seconds.
