I love breakfast and recently I thought I might start taking a pic of my breakfasts and sharing them here for anyone else who loves breakfast. Enjoy.
A Simply Delicious Breakfast Bowl
- 1 ripe, delicious pear, cored and quartered
- 1 cup almond mik
- 2 tablespoons chia (increase to three for a thicker consistency)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- drizzle of maple syrup
the optional extras
- Crunchy Quinoa
- dry roasted almonds
- Place the bowl ingredients into your processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings and optional extras if desired.
- Eat. Enjoy.
note – you can whip the bowl up the day before serving or leave it to stand for 5 – 10 minutes if you would like it to be thicker.
