A simply delicious breakfast bowl

I love breakfast and recently I thought I might start taking a pic of my breakfasts and sharing them here for anyone else who loves breakfast. Enjoy. 


A Simply Delicious Breakfast Bowl
the bowl

  • 1 ripe, delicious pear, cored and quartered
  • 1 cup almond mik
  • 2 tablespoons chia (increase to three for a thicker consistency)

the toppings

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • drizzle of maple syrup

the optional extras

  1. Place the bowl ingredients into your processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings and optional extras if desired.
  2. Eat. Enjoy.

note – you can whip the bowl up the day before serving or leave it to stand for 5 – 10 minutes if you would like it to be thicker.
