3 ingredient grain free granola

I made this for my Mum, but then the kids ate it. So I made it again and we all ate it and we all loved it. It is simple and it is delicious. Enjoy.

3 Ingredient Grain Free Granola

  • 3 rounded tablespoons honey*
  • 3 rounded tablespoons nut butter**
  • 3 cups quinoa flakes
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C or 350°F. Line a large tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the honey and nut butter until well combined. Add the quinoa flakes and mix to combine. Spread the mixture in an even layer onto your prepared tray. Bake for eight minutes, stir and bake for a further seven minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray.
  3. Serve. Eat. Enjoy.

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.

**I used cashew butter but any nut butter that you have on hand will work well. To make this nut free use hulled tahini, delicious!
