It will come as no surprise that I am a huge fan of fuss-free eating. I like food that is uncomplicated in every way, from the prep to the cleaning up. The recipe (if you could call it that) below is something we have often, for breakfasts, snacks, lunches and desserts. I hope you enjoy it too.
- Full fat greek natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- Nut butter such as almond butter, peanut butter or a mix of hulled tahini and honey
- Spoon desired amounts of each ingredient into your bowl.
For those of you who like to have quantities perhaps start with 3/4 cup yoghurt, 1 rounded tablespoon of nut butter and 1/2 a cup of berries. It is not something we measure and I am sure you will soon work out just how you like it.
