I love how tasty and nutritious these are, and its a bonus that they are so simple to make! I love them so much, I am making them as my contribution to a Healthy Morning Tea at work tomorrow! Nancy.

Hard to choose a favourite recipe when they are all so good and are always so well received by the whole family! In saying that the Date and Walnut Pancakes were an absolute winner in our household for Saturday breaky last weekend. They have now been declared a staple for weekend breakies, so easy and so yummy!

Your choc mint tart is my favourite recipe – what I love the most is that it contains avocado (I am a massive avo lover) and noone likes avocado in my household. So I always have a little giggle when they tell me how yummy it is and I keep my mouth closed of course and don’t let on what the green stuff is:P

How could I choose when there are so many recipes I”m in love with! If I had to pick, I would choose Wholefood Simply’s Caramel Cheesecake. It’s so simple yet amazingly delicious. It cures any sugar or dessert cravings and is absolutely guilt free. I made this incredible cake for a 30th and it won everyone’s heart and incidentally catered for several people with a restricted diet or allergies. It is so hard to find good, simple, effortless yet delicious recipes but wholefood simply has instantly became my first go to preference since the first time I was referred to this website.

You have so many wonderful recipies to choose from. I have all your recipie books and have tagged my favourite go to recipies. I like to test them out by following your recipies and then adapt them to make them my own. Nothing better then trying new ingredients and mixing it up. My favourite recipie of yours would have to be the bananna bread. I sometimes follow it exactly, other times I take this out and add that in. This week I took out the tahini and added in a tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of nutmeg 🙂 it’s delicous!! Best breakfast I’ve had in a while xx

I love your lemon and coconut loaf. I had to take a gluten and sugar free snack to share at a birthing course last weekend and I made this substituting banana for lemon as I didn’t have any lemons. It was a hit! Thanks so much. It definitely fit in with the holistic teachings of the course.

A friend got me onto Wholefoodsimply a few weeks ago, and in that time it’s fair to say I’ve become obsessed. I’ve made your orange fig and walnut fridge cake; all the bliss balls / bites; the carrot cake; ferrero rochers; lemon macadamia biscuits; choc mint tarts; and coconut roughs. All of it is so easy and delicious. I’m a huge fan of the coconut rough but my absolute favourite would have to be the blueberry bites. I keep these stocked in the freezer and are the perfect way to end a meal. Thankyou for sharing so much of yourself and such wonderful recipes – keep them coming!

I have many favourites!! But my standout at the moment is your honey joys! My son Joshy has been nudging me for honey joys as part of his school lunch for ages as he sees all the other kids ordering them for their lunch order. I was reluctant due to lack of nutrient dense ingredients in the original version… And THEN I came across yours… Absolutely delicious and fail proof!!! A ginormous hit all round, in our whole household! At my work, and now even some of the other mums are asking for the recipe! Yep! Definitely a favourite and an absolute winner!!!!! I think your awesome and your creations are divine!!!

I LOVE the 4 ingredient coconut cake! It’s so easy to make and one of the only ‘healthy’ (read: not sugar and butter laden) cakes he hasn’t suggested would be improved with buttercream icing! He would probably vote for the salmon fish cakes though – also super easy and delicious. Thank you for all the inspiration!

I love all the Wholefood Simply recipes- I never thought I would be able to make a healthy and tasty alternatives to things like Nutella and honey joys…you can tell I’m a sweet tooth right? The everyday chocolate mousse is my absolute downfall. I’ve had to rely on soft and easy to eat foods recently after being in an accident. Thank god for comfort food that hits the spot and doesn’t make you feel sick from the all the processed ingredients and crazy sugars. Love it! Thank you Bianca.

Just one! Do you realise how many recipes you have published? I haven’t even had a chance to try them all. I’m sure my 3 little boys would go the Chocolate Spiders but I would say Coconut Rough for flavour, school practicality, port/tote-ability, easy to make, ability to morph into various shapes – apparently as a cube it won’t be eaten (today anyway) but as a star, its gone before you know it. By the way, I enjoy your rambles, your inspiration and courage to share. Thank you for the offer, its like Christmas at tax time. Take Care. M

Caramel Slice would definitely have to be the number one. Not only because I absolutely adore chocolate… and adding caramel to it makes it all the more delicious, but… I was able to completely convert my other half to this despite him being rather sceptical of ‘clean treats’!

My favourite is your vanilla and chocolate custard recipe. One time my younger brother and I tried to make it, but used an old saucepan, that had a lid with no air holes. The lid became stuck to the saucepan, essentially trapping the precious custard inside. My brother and I were freaking out and tried so many ways to get the lid off – it was one of the funniest nights of my life!

I have to stop myself making it every night and I eat it straight from the bowl. But wait until summer comes again and it will be the caramel cheesecake (do you see a pattern here :-)) which is great straight from the freezer. Just like icecream.

After being diagnosed coeliac late last year, my hubby was really feeling it leading into the festive season, until your AMAZING Christmas Cake recipe came to the rescue!! Wow, this has become our go to cake in our household, not just at Christmas time. Thank you for your all yummy recipes and for making our first gluten free, dairy free, sugar free Christmas a hit! Who needs gluten when food tastes this good 🙂

Definitely the choc chip caramel bars! I’ve recently started clean eating and these bars have gotten me through many sugar cravings. My friends also love them and we have spent countless lessons browsing the recipe index looking for what we are going to make next!

The Apricot bites! I enjoy the ones you buy in the supermarket but never buy them due to all the added extras. I was so happy to discover a recipe that is healthy, real food and only 2 ingredients! Nothing beats that!

Bianca,
You have so many delicious recipes, thank you for sharing them.
Your chewy chocolate cookies are wonderful, so simple to make when last minute guests come over and always enjoyed by all, including those who look at me in disbelief when they realize they are made with only 3 ingredients!
