Welcome Back Green Juice

Whenever I feel a bit sluggish, heavy, lacking energy or run down, my body starts begging me for juice. I can go a month or more without giving juices a seconds thought, but as soon as I’m not feeling my best they take over my mind and I start craving their light, gentle, rejuvenating ways. I then wander why I’m not indulging in vegetable juices daily. Simply put, I like how they make me feel.
This is my safe recipe, it is the juice I make when I don’t want to take a chance. When I want to have something I know will be delicious.

Welcome Back Green Juice

2 lebenese cucumbers

3 stalks of celery

Generous handful of parsley

1 green apple – optional

1/2 lemon

1 piece of ginger

Juice. Enjoy.
