(and getting fatter each day, haha!) Is this for one greedy person or 2? My carer and I will be testing it out later….I can’t wait! x Reply Wendywoo April 14, 2016 - 1:57 am This is GORGEOUS! It’s going to be a regular favourite! xx Reply Bianca Slade April 18, 2016 - 10:23 am Thank YOU!!! I am glad you enjoyed it. xxxx Reply Wendywoo May 16, 2016 - 7:07 pm I’ve made this several times now- both with peanut butter, as per the recipe, with almond butter for some one who doesn’t like p.n butter (yes, these strange people exist), and with an egg and 2 bananas, for a nut allergic friend. All variations were scrummy yummy- the egg one was cooked in an ordinary oven, and was fluffier- more like a traditional sponge pudding, but still delicious. My latest attempt involved my husband being in charge of the microwave- the pudding was rock hard instead of nice and gooey! (Still delicious). I made it into balls instead, and popped them into the freezer. Waste not, want not! Reply Bianca Slade May 31, 2016 - 8:42 pm Laughing!! I love it!!! Your husband in the kitchen sounds just like mine! I am glad the recipe is working well for you and I love the feedback on all of the variations. I will be sure to try some out! Oh and I come from a long line of waste not, want not-ers,…. xxx Wendywoo August 23, 2016 - 9:09 pm Just had this for BREAKFAST, haha! If anyone has a rotten day ahead of them- work, school, pmt, etc, start your day with this- I guarantee you’ll have a much better day with this inside you! (Tiny confession…I did add a few spoons of natural yogurt to it, as it’s VERY rich, but you don’t have to!) Bianca Slade September 12, 2016 - 4:16 pm Oh the yogurt is perfect!!! Thank YOU! I am glad you enjoyed it. xx Bianca Slade April 18, 2016 - 10:23 am One!! But even my single serves somehow end up with three spoons in them… I hope you enjoy it. xxx Reply Sandy April 19, 2016 - 5:59 pm This recipe sounds very yummy. I’m just confused by the picture as it has blueberries in it? Am I missing any of this recipe? Reply Bianca Slade April 27, 2016 - 3:17 pm Thank you and no, I just topped mine with blueberries, completely optional. x Reply Jenna Thompson July 15, 2016 - 1:13 pm Wow, this recipe is insanely rich! I wasn’t expecting that 🙂 Thanks! Reply Bianca Slade July 20, 2016 - 3:16 pm Thank YOU. x Reply Laura July 19, 2016 - 2:25 pm Pregnancy had me craving cake all day yesterday. After dinner it still hadn’t gone, so I jumped on to your trusty website and found this recipe. It was so easy, hit the spot and I didn’t feel guilty about a delicious sweet treat! Reply Bianca Slade July 20, 2016 - 3:22 pm Perfect!!! Pregnancy cravings cannot be ignored! I am glad the pudding worked well for you. x Reply Emma Porter November 2, 2017 - 9:06 am Why microwave It? I’ve made choc mousse like this & just whizzed it up. Using banana or avocado or both. Never felt compelled to heat it ? Does it make it cakey? Reply Jordana May 27, 2018 - 8:02 pm Hi, when I clicked on the “nut free” tab, it brought up a bunch of recipes that contained nuts. Just thought I would let you know xx Reply Annie June 12, 2019 - 8:54 pm I’ve been eating this every day, it’s so easy and yummy. My daughter doesn’t like peanut butter so I’ve been making hers with tahini.
