All variations were scrummy yummy- the egg one was cooked in an ordinary oven, and was fluffier- more like a traditional sponge pudding, but still delicious. My latest attempt involved my husband being in charge of the microwave- the pudding was rock hard instead of nice and gooey! (Still delicious).
