Two Minute Healthy Chocolate Pudding

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey*
  1. Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Microwave for 90 seconds. Allow too cool slightly.
  2. Eat and enjoy.

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
