Two Minute Healthy Chocolate Pudding
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed
- 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey*
- Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Microwave for 90 seconds. Allow too cool slightly.
- Eat and enjoy.
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
