Three Ingredient Coconut Rough
- 100 grams 85% dark chocolate, melted
- 3 tablespoons honey*
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- Melt the chocolate in a medium sized heat proof bowl. Add the honey and mix to combine. Add the coconut and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture evenly into the holes of a mini silicon muffin tray and place in the fridge to set.
- Eat and enjoy.
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
