- 1 cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- Preheat your oven to 170℃ or 340℉ and line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper. Place the ingredients into a bowl and leave to soak while your oven preheats, stirring occasionally. Pour the almonds into your prepared tin and bake for 14 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Remove the almonds from the oven and leave to cool.
- Eat and enjoy.
Makes 4 serves.
notes – I store the almonds in the fridge.
