Strawberry Cream Smoothie Bowl

strawberry cream smoothie bowls (1 of 1)

It’s a wintery day.

I have just had my baby up at causality. My little man is also home sick and I am dragging myself through.

As I am sitting here typing my littlest girl is sleeping and my little man is doing his latest favourite thing. Playing Chess against Spider Man.

I am listening and I am smiling and it’s one of those moment when I wish I could freeze time. When I wish I could do something to etch it to my memory. Something to ensure I can hold onto exactly what I heard, saw and felt.

But I can’t and like so many magic moments that have come before it will slip away. Fading with time and change and all the magic moments that are yet to come.

So sorry, this must have come when my computer was not letting me access your site….jealous computer! I love the idea of Eamon playing chess against Spider-Man…who won?! Yes, that magic moment will pass, not to be repeated, but you’ve written it down, so it won’t fade. It will be replaced by many more magical moments, and you’re lucky enough to be there to witness most of them. If one day, someone else witnesses the “magical moment” instead of you, then that’s wonderful- that person will have an extra bond with your child(ren). This Smoothie bowl looks gorgeous, just like you and your Littlies (I know Elise and Eamon are the Big Kids, but they’re still Littlies!) Love to all xx

    • Yes my precious little big kids. I hadn’t thought about that day for a long time. It was nice to see your comment and take my mind back there. I must get the chess board out for Eamon, he use to love doing that and surprisingly he didn’t win every time. Love to you too. xxx
