Too tired to move.

Too tired to go to bed.

Somehow move. Check kids. Get into bed with my face unwashed, hair everywhere and my husband’s jumper on.


Hope the kids don’t wake. Hope I hear the kids if they wake.


Wake a few hours later.


Can’t get back to sleep.

Toss. Turn.

Get up.

Eat. Drink.

Fall back to sleep.

The kids wake.

It is 6am.

Can’t move. Must move.

Stay awake till 8pm.

Strawberry Bliss Balls

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry 100% fruit spread
  1. Place the ingredients into your food processor and blend at high speed until well combined and sticking together.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and coat with desiccated coconut or cacao / cocoa if desired.
  3. Place in the fridge to set.
  4. Enjoy.
