Cookie Dough Smoothie
- 1 large frozen banana, chopped
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
Blend. Drink. Enjoy.
- to make this nut free sub the peanut butter with hulled tahini.
- you can sub the honey with maple syrup or rice malt syrup.
- the oats are optional. It is delicious with or without them.
- use whatever milk you prefer.
- add 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired.
