Quick and Easy Cookie Dough Smoothie

Cookie Dough Smoothie

  • 1 large frozen banana, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk 

Blend. Drink. Enjoy. 

notes –

  • to make this nut free sub the peanut butter with hulled tahini.
  • you can sub the honey with maple syrup or rice malt syrup.
  • the oats are optional. It is delicious with or without them.
  • use whatever milk you prefer.
  • add 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired.
