Quick and Easy Coconut Chocolates


Coconut Chocolates

  • 4 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  1. Place the cacao or cocoa and maple syrup into a bowl and stir. Add the coconut oil, one tablespoon at a time and stir until the ingredients are well combined. Add the coconut and mix to combine.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the holes of a mini silicon muffin mould and place in the fridge or freezer to set and store.
  3. Eat and enjoy.
