- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa
- 1 teaspoon honey*
- 1 cup milk
- Blend. Drink. Enjoy.
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
