Quick and Easy Chocolate Popcorn
- 1/4 cup pop corn, popped
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Place a lined tray into the fridge while you melt the chocolate and pop the popcorn.
- Mix the melted chocolate through the popcorn. Add half of the salt, mix and add the remaining half.
- Pour the popcorn onto tray to set.
- Serve. Eat. Enjoy!
note – as there is no sweetener in this recipe be sure to use a chocolate that you enjoy.
