Quick and Easy Chocolate Fudge

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey*
  • 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  1. Place the ingredients into your processor and blend to combine. Try to avoid over blending the mixture. Pour or spoon the mixture into the holes of a mini silicon muffin mould and place in the freezer to set. Once set, store in the fridge or freezer. 
  2. Eat and enjoy!

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
