Quick and Easy Chocolate Fudge
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey*
- 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, liquid
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Place the ingredients into your processor and blend to combine. Try to avoid over blending the mixture. Pour or spoon the mixture into the holes of a mini silicon muffin mould and place in the freezer to set. Once set, store in the fridge or freezer.
- Eat and enjoy!

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
