Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 ripe avocado, flesh only
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Place the ingredients into your processor and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with blueberries and dark chocolate if desired.
