Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 ripe avocado, flesh only
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place the ingredients into your processor and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with blueberries and dark chocolate if desired.
