when u use cashews in ur recipes, can they be substituted for any other nut?
Yes, macadamias often work well. x
Could I use coconut oil instead of cashew butter? I already have coconut oil in the pantry. š
I think that would be fine, just do a tablespoon. x
These were delicious, I have to make a second batch because the first disappeared so quickly. Thank you!
Oh that is great to hear!! Thank YOU! x
i just made these with 3/4 C of macadamias & 1/4 C of hazelnuts, i also used peanut butter instead of cashew since i didnt have any.. They turned out really nice…
Thank you. x
Just made these, i add a little bit of processed oats to make them taste oatie. So yummy!!!
Sensational. I was asked to ‘bring a plate’ that was dairy free. Awesome!!
Absolutely loved these! Tasted like the real thing! Thank you!
Is it possible to substitute maple syrup for the honey? We’ve got a honey allergy and live out bush and don’t have rice malt syrup readily available. Or even coconut syrup?
Can protein powder be added to these?
Is it possible to substitute desiccated coconut with something else? Iām not a fan of it
So yum! Was a bit too sweet for me. Next time I will either half or omit the honey.
