I love Anzacs, my family love Anzacs, my friends love Anzacs. Consequently, there are a few versions on the site. There is the whole food take on the original Anzac, the Grain Free version and the current favourite, these Anzac Biscuit Bliss Balls.
They are so easy and so delicious and perfect snacks to always have on hand. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Quick and Easy Anzac Biscuit Bliss Balls
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup dry roasted cashews
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey*
- Place the ingredients into your processor and blend at high speed until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky crumb. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge to set.
- Eat and enjoy.
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
