
Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss Balls
- 2 cups rolled oats (200 grams)
 - 6 tablespoons peanut butter (150 grams)
 - 4 tablespoons honey (120 grams)*
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - pinch of salt
 - 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (60 grams)
 
- Place the oats into your processor and blend until the mixture resembles a flour consistency. Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt and blend until the mixture is well combined and sticking together. Add the choc chips and mix to combine.
 - Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
 - Eat and enjoy.
 
Thermomix Method
- Place the oats into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 4 seconds. Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt and blend at speed 10 for 10 seconds. Add the choc chips and blend at speed 4 for 1 second.
 - Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
 - Eat and enjoy.
 
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
