Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss Balls with Thermomix Instructions


Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss Balls

  • 2 cups rolled oats (200 grams)
  • 6 tablespoons peanut butter (150 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons honey (120 grams)*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt 
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (60 grams)
  1. Place the oats into your processor and blend until the mixture resembles a flour consistency. Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt and blend until the mixture is well combined and sticking together. Add the choc chips and mix to combine.
  2. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
  3. Eat and enjoy.

Thermomix Method

  1. Place the oats into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 4 seconds. Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt and blend at speed 10 for 10 seconds. Add the choc chips and blend at speed 4 for 1 second.
  2. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
  3. Eat and enjoy.

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.

    Oh MY!! These are exactly what my little boy and I need this morning – lucky I checked the website. Super delicious – used almond butter as all I had and the dough is more than scrummy! Hope this may be the start of a cookie dough phase…?!xx

    How far in advance could you make this/how long does it keep… in an ideal world where I don’t have a piece each time I pass the fridge ????

    • It keeps really well, to be honest this is one of my all time favs so I eat it far too quickly but it would be fine in the fridge for 5 days, possibly more and you can also keep it in the freezer and eat it straight from the freezer if you chop it small enough. I hope you enjoy it. x

    These were DELICIOUS!! I made them over the weekend, super easy to make and I had all the ingredients on hand. I did have to add a little coconut oil so they would stick together though. I used 90% dark chocolate and they are so yum!

    I made this yesterday and I added a little bit of coconut also. I used rice malt syrup instead of honey. I’m wondering how many pieces you cut it into? As I worked the calories out on the whole mixture it was 1452. Did you work out the calories per slice? Thanks for some awesome recipes 😍
