Overnight Oats
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup raspberries (frozen is fine)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped macadamias
1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
Enough natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt to ensure the mixture is wet and the oats are well covered
maple syrup to serve (optional)
Put the ingredients into a container that has a lid (the glass ones are great) and mix well. Leave it in the fridge for several hours or overnight. Serve. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
