One Minute Edible Cookie Dough

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey*
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  1. Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Eat and enjoy.

YUM! I needed something quickly to save myself from eating the block of chocolate my partner put in the fridge. This was so quick and easy, will definitley become a “go to” of mine! I used dairy free choc chips and rice malt syrup instead of honey and maple syrup.

Perfect arvo pick-me-up. Like Josie, this saved me from devouring a block of chocolate! Just as easy without almond meal, just through whole almonds in the food processors for a few seconds, followed by all other ingredients, and voila!
