Nut Free Muesli Bliss Balls

  • 6 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey*
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  1. Place the ingredients into your food processor and blend at high speed until the mixture is completely broken down and resembles a fine sticky crumb. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge over night to set.

Makes 16

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
