Nut Free Muesli Bliss Balls
- 6 medjool dates, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey*
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- Place the ingredients into your food processor and blend at high speed until the mixture is completely broken down and resembles a fine sticky crumb. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge over night to set.

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
