Nut Free Cookie Dough Bliss Balls
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup hulled tahini
- 2 tablespoons honey*
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup dark choc chips
- Place the oats into your processor and blend to a flour consistency. Add the remaining ingredients, excluding the choc chips, and mix to combine. Add the choc chips and mix to combine. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
- Eat and enjoy.
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
notes – as with the majority of my recipes these can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
