Mix And Make Lemon Bliss Balls
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey*
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- zest of two lemons
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups almond meal
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- pinch of salt
- Place the almond butter, honey and maple syrup into a heat proof jug and gently heat in the microwave or over simmering water until the almond butter softens and the honey is runny. Remove from the heat and mix to combine. Add the lemon zest and juice, mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl mix the almond meal and coconut. Add the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
- Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge overnight to set.
- Serve. Eat. Enjoy.
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
