Liquorice Bullet Bliss Balls
- 2 liquorice tea bags*
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 12 medjool dates, seeds removed
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Place the tea bags into a cup with the boiling water and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Remove the tea bags, squeeze out the tea and discard.
- Place the liquorice tea into your food processor with the remaining ingredients and blend at high speed until the mixture is broken down and sticking together. Use your hands to roll the mixture into balls and lace the balls into the fridge to set.
- Eat and enjoy!
*liquorice tea bags are readily available from both the health and tea section of the supermarket, from health food stores and online.
