Hydrating Ice Cubes

Ice Blocks
I started making these ice blocks a little while ago when illness invaded our home. We have kept some in the freezer ever since, I think they are worth quickly whipping up and storing away so that you have them on hand if and when needed. As a child I loved sucking on ice cubes and it seems my children are the same; I too have been grabbing them if I feel a bit off; I don’t know if they help, but I like them, and I hope you do too.

Hydrating Ice Cubes

Coconut water (I use Natural Raw C)
Juice of one lemon
Salt
Honey (optional)

Pour the coconut water into the ice cube trays
until each hole is half full. To each cube add a generous amount of lemon
juice, a pinch of salt and a drop of honey. Freeze. Use as required.
