How Many Favourites Green Smoothie


This is as good as green smoothies get! It is smooth, sweet and truly divine. As the name suggests it is my current favourite. The gentle flavours dance together nicely; pear and macadamia are a match made in heaven, and frozen bananas make everything great. The bok choy is a sneaky dose of goodness and you don’t even know it is there. Delicious, start blending.

How Many Favourites green Smoothie

1 frozen banana

1 pear

1 tablespoon macadamias

2 leaves of bok choy (optional)

1 cup coconut water* or water

Blend and enjoy!

*I really like Natural Raw C Coconut Water, I have tried other coconut waters but this is the one we typically use.

Tried this for breakfast, it was really lovely and sweet! I had 4 small bunches of baby bok choy so I used 1 in this smoothie, you couldn’t taste it at all 🙂
