Hot Cross Bun Bliss Balls

Hot Cross Bun Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup dry roasted almonds*
  • 10 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 2 teaspoons mixed spice
  • 1/3 cup currants
  1. Place the almonds, dates and spice into your processor and blend at high speed until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky crumb. Add the currants and pulse to combine.
  2. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls and place in the fridge to set.
  3. Eat and enjoy.

*dry roasted almonds are readily available from the supermarket or health food stores. Alternatively you can make your own.

Hi, i adore all your recipes and make things frequently for my family. I was wondering if there were any ingredients that wouldnt freeze? Id like to make a few things and have them stored in the freezer just unsure what if any recipes would do well in the freezer? any advice would be appreciated 🙂
