- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons honey*
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 grams dark chocolate
- Place the ingredients into a small saucepan and heat to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly. Once the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are well combined pour the hot chocolate into mugs and enjoy.
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
