High Protein Iced Coffee
- 1 frozen banana, roughly chopped
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 shot of coffee or 1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Place the ingredients into your blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Drink and enjoy!
Thermomix Method
- Place the ingredients into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 30 seconds.
- Serve. Drink. Enjoy.
