High Protein Chocolate Mug Cake

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon cacao or cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Pour the mixture into a mug or ramekin and place it into the microwave. Cook for 90 seconds.
  2. Cool slightly, eat and enjoy!
