High Protein Chocolate Mug Cake
- 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon cacao or cocoa
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Pour the mixture into a mug or ramekin and place it into the microwave. Cook for 90 seconds.
- Cool slightly, eat and enjoy!
