These Hazelnut Chocolates are a little bit fudgey, a little bit crunchy, and a big bit delicious! They are a quick and easy mix and make recipe, you simply pop a few basic ingredients into your bowl, give it a stir and you are just about done! The end result is divine! I hope you enjoy them.
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted*
- 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread**
- 3 tablespoons honey***
- 1/2 cup skinned hazelnuts, roughly crushed
- Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture into the holes of a mini silicon muffin tray and place in the fridge to set.
- Serve. Eat. Enjoy.
*both 70% and 85% work well. Use whichever you prefer.
**chocolate hazelnut spread is readily available. The one I used had only hazelnuts and cacao as the ingredients.
***you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
