Ginger Snap Bliss Balls

My peppermint obsession has passed, ginger has taken it’s place.


Ginger Snap Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup dry roasted cashews*
  • 1 cup dry roasted almonds*
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey**
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  1. Place the ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky crumb. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge to set.
  2. Eat and enjoy.

*dry roasted nuts are readily available from the supermarket and health food stores.
**you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
