Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Ice Cream
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup honey*
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Place the ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze until the ice cream is firm, approximately 4 – 6 hours.
- Serve. Eat. Enjoy!
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.

Thanks for the great recipe. I did not have peanut butter so I dry fried 2 cups of macadamias and then blitzed them in the thermomix to make a paste and continued with the recipe. It is amazing and creamy and smooth. Yum!!!! Thanks so much.
