FODMAP Friendly Choc PB Slice 

FODMAP Friendly Choc PB Slice 

6 tablespoons peanut butter

4 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder

4 tablespoons maple syrup

4 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1/2 cup crushed peanuts 

Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Pour the mixture into a

silicon loaf pan and place it in the fridge or freezer to set.

Slice. Serve. Eat and enjoy.

Makes 16 pieces.
