
Cookie Dough Bliss Balls
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
 - 3 tablespoons honey*
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - pinch of salt
 - 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or 40 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
 - 1 1/4 cups almond meal
 
- 
Place the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, salt and chocolate into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the almond meal and mix to combine, work the mixture with your hands until it forms a dough.
 - 
Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge to set.
 - Serve. Eat. Enjoy.
 
*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
