Quick and Easy Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or 40 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups almond meal
  1. Place the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, salt and chocolate into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the almond meal and mix to combine, work the mixture with your hands until it forms a dough. 

  2. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge to set.

  3. Serve. Eat. Enjoy.

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
