Cinnamon Donut Bliss Balls with Thermomix Instructions

Cinnamon Donut Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 5 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey*
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  1. Place the ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture is combined and sticking together. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls and place the balls into the fridge to set.
  2. Eat. Enjoy.

Thermomix Method

  1. Place the ingredients into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 10 seconds.
  2. Press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
  3. Eat. Enjoy.

*you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.

Amazing! Knew I’d love this one. Did not disappoint! As usual I added 3 extra dates and a little extra vanilla and maple syrup as I like it sweet. Was perfect. Just like a cinnamon donut only better ❤
