Chocolate Chip Nut Bars

You looked after me today little Lettie and I can’t thank you enough for that.

You held me, you didn’t let me go and you made me laugh!

You dosed me up with love and companionship and everything I needed.

You were my sunshine when the clouds were grey. You were my warm place when all I could feel was the cold.

How I love you little girl, every little thing about you. Even your mischievous, I Rule the World ways.

Thank you for being mine!

Hi Bianca, I love reading your thoughts and perspectives with each recipe. You are very eloquent and I can so relate to your views.
I just want to let you know that this slice is just awesome and even my husband-who sounds a lot like yours-thinks it’s great too. My daughter is not a fan of nuts, but also likes this slice-even though she has an indifferent look when she eats it! Teenagers..
I have tried many of your recipes and enjoy most of them, but this one is definitely a favourite and one I will be making each week (when I do my baking).
    Thank you.
