Chocolate Almond Slice

I cannot thank you all enough for the amazing response I received when I asked for help regarding eczema, something I knew nothing at all about.

My little girl, Juliet, has recently started getting eczema and as I have never experienced this with myself or my children I really didn’t know where to start. There is so much information and so many products to choose from and it can be a bit overwhelming!

Juliet’s case is very mild and thankfully we have not had to seek prescription creams. My heart hurt as I read some of the stories that were shared. I cannot imagine how stressful the road to treating eczema has been for many of you. I am sorry for the pain that you and your precious babies have endured. I am pleased that many of you have found a remedy.

Just today I learnt that eczema is actually common in my Dad’s side of the family with my Uncle, Aunty and Cousin all battling it as babies.

I have started a probiotic specifically designed for breastfeeding mums with babies suffering from eczema. I am also being far more diligent with the probiotics I include in my diet.

I suspect that the recent run of hot days has aggravated the eczema for Juliet and it was reassuring to hear that many of you have found weather to be a trigger.

I have purchased some of the products that were mentioned and I was rapt to see that there were so many options that are readily available, inexpensive and void of harsh ingredients.

My precious Juliet seems to be improving already thanks to the implementation of many of the fabulous suggestions that were made.

Again, thank you! This beautiful community never ceases to amaze me. When I count my blessings, as I often do, this little group is always high on my list.

You guys are great! Enjoy the slice. We love it!!!
